Tuesday 24th September 2024

Day 33 of PRX

STEPS: 15,700

6:00 AM Morning Walk (Bakehouse Quarter)
Again / still '___' through the night and on walk.
Came to realise that all of my thoughts are COMPLICATED, even if they are on a single topic.
7:00 AM Breakfast: Pan-fried Barramundi
Smoothie: Broccoli, Apple, Creatine, Tryptophan
Smoothie: Soy, Banana, Protein, Creatine, Typptophan, honey
EXERCISE: Ride to Shipwreck.
Pizza in Newtown
Attended Buddhist Centre meditaton/class (also dropped into Bodhi Bookstore to say hello to Ratnajyoti)

SLEEP: Still no solid sleep, but I feel that I got at least 2 + 2 uninterrupted hours. REM analysis looks GREAT for the night

Monday 23rd September 2024

Day 32 of PRX

5:30 AM Morning Walk (Bakehouse Quarter)
Pacing around the house a lot, when I returned from walk.
7:00 AM Zoom Meditation with Dhammagattu
Still pacing, thoughts that I can't move on from , of ___. At least my thoughts aren't scattered across multiple topics.Should be noted: This was before the DEX.
8:30 AM Breakfast 3 x pork taco
09:00 VERY HARD TO GET MOTIVATED. Planning to do major house cleaning, but cannot get started. I'm not dreading the tasks.
PLAN OF ACTION: Do one room only (the back 'loo), then see how the rest of the day unfolds.
Housework done.
FOOD: Smoothie: Soy, Banana, Protein, Honey, Creatine, Tryptophan
12:00 PM EXERCISE: Bike ride to Shipwreck
1:30 PM Shower then Nap for a couple of hours, might have caught 30 minutes light sleep.
EXERCISE: Afternoon included another walk to local shops (long route), and some stretching and weight exercises.
6:00 PM Going to lay down again. As with yesterday, am tired, but it feels like a 'normal' tired. And... I've done a LOT of physical activity today

10:00 AM Walk to Strathfield, train ti Macarthur (family lunch)
5:00 PM Arrived home, going to bed

Feeling very tired, but it's a 'natural' feeling of tiredness rather than of an unhinged exhaustion.

SLEEP UPDATE
Still awake at 9:00 PM.
Small amount of sleep +/- 1 hour until midnight, when I was awake again
Took 1 x Valium 5mg
Felt awake for many hours afterwards, no drowsiness, but I think I managed to get another three hours or so.
